UPVC Cladding
Why not enhance the look of your property’s exterior in Bristol and surrounds by having the cladding cleaned at the same time as your windows. We would recommend twice a year for this service. Prices from just £25 Per elevation.
External Guttering & Fascias Cleaned and/or Cleared
We can wash the outside of your guttering and fascia boards in Bristol and surrounds to enhance the overall appearance of your property. We can also excavate or vacuum out debris clogging up your gutters using our gutter sucker “SkyVac”.

Conservatory Roofing
As well as being aesthetically beneficial, having your conservatory roof cleaned makes the room a lighter, brighter space to be in. We would recommend 3-4 times per year depending on how much debris lands on your conservatory roof from the surrounding environment. Prices from £30.

A) No, you can stop the service at any time, all we ask is that you give us 7 working days notice so that we have time to cancel your Direct Debit in time so that you don’t pay for a scheduled clean.

For our domestic clients, we offer a free text reminder service the day before we visit to clean your windows so that you know we are coming to your property and you can leave any access gates open for us.
If required, we can hold keys for you to side gates or garages so that you don’t have to worry about leaving gates open before we arrive. Other than the day that we clean your windows, the keys are stored in a locked key box in our offices and are coded so they give no indication to the address for which the keys relate to, for your security.
The window panes, frames, sills and doors are all included in the price that we have quoted to you.*(Unless stated otherwise, which would typically be due to flaking paintwork if we felt there was a risk of any damage to the frames).
